Tarae is a quiet place to keep the moments you want to remember and to see how they connect over time. Make a space for whatever matters to you — a child growing up, your family, travels, a pet — add a photo or a few lines, and group moments that belong together into stories. Tarae is developed by Appcellent.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Recording moments, making stories, searching and AI suggestions all work without an account. You sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone and iPad) only for cloud sync, inviting members and purchases.
Where are my moments stored?
On your device. Without a subscription they are stored only on that device, and uninstalling the app deletes them. With Tarae Plus or Pro, the spaces you turn on cloud sync for are also kept on our server and come back when you sign in on another device.
How do I move to a new phone?
Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on the new phone. Spaces with cloud sync turned on are restored there. Spaces kept only on the old phone do not move.
How do I turn AI story suggestions on or off?
Settings → AI → Story suggestions. The first time, the app shows what is sent and asks for your consent. AI uses credits: a free allowance refills over time, and a 50-credit pack is available as an in-app purchase. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the store. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also open the store page from Settings → Subscription → Manage in the store. Deleting your Tarae account does not cancel a subscription.
A purchase does not show up
Make sure you are signed in to the same Tarae account, then open Settings → Subscription and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and the store.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account management → Delete account. Details, including how to ask by email, are on Delete your account.

계정이 꼭 있어야 하나요?
아니요. 기록, 이야기 만들기, 검색, AI 제안까지 계정 없이 쓸 수 있어요. Google(iPhone·iPad에서는 Apple도) 로그인은 클라우드 동기화, 구성원 초대, 구매에만 필요해요.
기록은 어디에 저장되나요?
기기에 저장돼요. 구독하지 않으면 그 기기에만 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워져요. 타래 플러스나 프로를 구독하면 클라우드 동기화를 켠 공간이 서버에도 보관되고, 다른 기기에서 로그인하면 다시 받을 수 있어요.
새 휴대폰으로 옮기려면 어떻게 하나요?
새 휴대폰에서 같은 Google·Apple 계정으로 로그인하세요. 클라우드 동기화를 켠 공간이 복원돼요. 예전 휴대폰에만 둔 공간은 옮겨지지 않아요.
AI 이야기 제안은 어떻게 켜고 끄나요?
설정 → AI → 이야기 제안에서 바꿀 수 있어요. 처음 켤 때 무엇을 보내는지 보여 드리고 동의를 받아요. AI는 횟수를 써요. 시간이 지나면 다시 채워지는 무료 횟수가 있고, 50회 충전팩을 앱에서 구매할 수 있어요. 보내는 정보는 개인정보 처리방침에서 확인하세요.
구독을 해지하거나 바꾸려면 어떻게 하나요?
구독 결제와 관리는 스토어에서 해요. iPhone·iPad: 설정 → 사용자 이름 → 구독. Android: Google Play → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제. 앱의 설정 → 구독 → 스토어에서 관리로도 열 수 있어요. 타래 계정을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않아요.
구매한 내역이 보이지 않아요
같은 타래 계정으로 로그인했는지 확인한 뒤 설정 → 구독에서 구매 복원을 눌러 보세요. 그래도 보이지 않으면 구매 날짜와 스토어를 적어 메일로 알려 주세요.
계정은 어떻게 삭제하나요?
설정 → 계정 관리 → 계정 삭제에서 할 수 있어요. 메일로 요청하는 방법을 포함한 자세한 내용은 계정 삭제에 있어요.

よくある質問
アカウントは必要ですか？
いいえ。瞬間の記録、ストーリーの作成、検索、AIの提案は、すべてアカウントなしで使えます。Googleで（iPhoneとiPadではAppleでも）ログインするのは、クラウド同期、メンバーの招待、購入のときだけです。
記録はどこに保存されますか？
お使いの端末です。サブスクリプションに登録していない場合、記録はその端末だけに保存され、アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。Tarae PlusまたはProでは、クラウド同期をオンにしたスペースがTaraeのサーバーにも保存され、別の端末でログインすると戻ってきます。
新しいスマートフォンに移行するには？
新しいスマートフォンで、同じGoogleまたはAppleのアカウントでログインしてください。クラウド同期をオンにしていたスペースが、そこに復元されます。古いスマートフォンだけに保存していたスペースは移行されません。
AIによるストーリー提案をオン・オフするには？
「設定」→「AI」→「ストーリー提案」で切り替えます。初めてオンにするときは、送信される内容が表示され、同意を求められます。AIはチャージ回数を使います。時間とともに回復する無料分があり、アプリ内課金で50回分のパックも購入できます。送信される内容についてはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
サブスクリプションを解約・変更するには？
サブスクリプションの請求と管理はストアが行います。iPhoneまたはiPadの場合：「設定」→「ユーザ名」→「サブスクリプション」。Androidの場合：Google Playの「お支払いと定期購入」→「定期購入」。アプリの「設定」→「サブスクリプション」→「ストアで管理」からストアのページを開くこともできます。Taraeのアカウントを削除しても、サブスクリプションは解約されません。
購入が反映されない
同じTaraeアカウントでログインしていることを確認してから、「設定」→「サブスクリプション」を開いて「購入を復元」をタップしてください。それでも表示されない場合は、購入日とストアを添えてメールでお問い合わせください。
アカウントを削除するには？
「設定」→「アカウント管理」→「アカウントを削除」から削除できます。メールでの依頼方法を含む詳細は、アカウントの削除をご覧ください。
Ayuda y soporte de Tarae
Tarae es un lugar tranquilo para guardar los momentos que quieres recordar y ver cómo se van uniendo con el tiempo. Crea un espacio para lo que te importa —un hijo que crece, tu familia, tus viajes, una mascota—, añade una foto o unas líneas, y agrupa en historias los momentos que van juntos. Tarae está desarrollada por Appcellent.

Preguntas frecuentes
¿Necesito una cuenta?
No. Puedes registrar momentos, crear historias, buscar y recibir sugerencias de IA sin cuenta. Solo inicias sesión con Google (o con Apple en iPhone y iPad) para la sincronización en la nube, invitar a miembros y las compras.
¿Dónde se guardan mis momentos?
En tu dispositivo. Sin suscripción, solo se guardan en ese dispositivo, y al desinstalar la app se eliminan. Con Tarae Plus o Pro, los espacios en los que activas la sincronización en la nube también se guardan en nuestro servidor y vuelven a aparecer cuando inicias sesión en otro dispositivo.
¿Cómo me paso a un teléfono nuevo?
Inicia sesión con la misma cuenta de Google o Apple en el teléfono nuevo. Los espacios con la sincronización en la nube activada se restauran allí. Los espacios guardados solo en el teléfono anterior no se trasladan.
¿Cómo activo o desactivo las sugerencias de historias con IA?
Ajustes → IA → Sugerencias de historias. La primera vez, la app te muestra qué se envía y te pide tu consentimiento. La IA usa créditos: tienes una cantidad gratuita que se recarga con el tiempo, y hay un paquete de 50 créditos disponible como compra dentro de la app. Consulta la Política de privacidad para saber qué se envía.
¿Cómo cancelo o cambio mi suscripción?
La tienda cobra y gestiona las suscripciones. En iPhone o iPad: Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones. En Android: Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones. También puedes abrir la página de la tienda desde Ajustes → Suscripción → Gestionar en la tienda. Eliminar tu cuenta de Tarae no cancela la suscripción.
Una compra no aparece
Asegúrate de haber iniciado sesión en la misma cuenta de Tarae y, después, abre Ajustes → Suscripción y toca Restaurar compras. Si sigue sin aparecer, escríbenos indicando la fecha de compra y la tienda.
¿Cómo elimino mi cuenta?
Ajustes → Gestión de la cuenta → Eliminar cuenta. Los detalles, incluido cómo solicitarlo por correo electrónico, están en Eliminar tu cuenta.
