Privacy Policy — Full Cup

Effective: November 5, 2026 · Version 4 (12 sections)

This policy: https://appcellent.dev/games/full-cup/privacy/en/

This is a translation of the Korean policy (한국어). If the two differ, the Korean version applies.

Appcellent ("Appcellent", "we") makes and runs the web game Full Cup (찰랑찰랑, https://appcellent.dev/games/full-cup/, the "game") for free. This policy explains what information the game handles and why, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it and use your rights.

The game has no sign-up. Logging in with Kakao is optional; if you do, your record is tied to your Kakao account (section 1). Through the game, Appcellent does not receive your name, email address, phone number or photos, and that does not change when you log in with Kakao. The game shows no ads and uses no advertising IDs or tracking cookies.

1. Information we handle and why

The first time you open the game, it makes a random device number (20 lowercase letters and digits) and stores it in this browser. The server uses this number to keep ranking records, the cup collection, points and titles together as one device's. The device number never appears on ranking screens or in answers other people see. The same person gets a different number in another browser or on another device. Devices that continue the same record through Kakao Login, however, share that record's number (below).

When you post your first record, the server makes a random public number (16 characters) unrelated to the device number (for other devices: when a ranking is loaded or at the hourly clean-up). Ranking rows carry this number instead of the device number, and tapping a row opens that person's ranking profile (section 4). The public number cannot be used to post a record, buy anything or delete records, and it never changes.

Kakao Login (optional): if you wish, you can log in with Kakao to tie your game record to your Kakao account. You can then continue the same record on other devices and browsers, and get it back if the browser's data is lost. The game uses the Kakao Login service of Kakao Corp.; on Kakao the app appears as "찰랑찰랑" (Full Cup's Korean name). The only thing the game receives from Kakao is your Kakao member number for this app: no nickname, email address, phone number, profile photo or any other consent item. During login Kakao gives the server an access token, which the server uses once to read the member number and then discards. Tokens are never stored.

One record on several devices: when you log in with a Kakao account that already has a record, the device receives that record's device number, stores it in the browser (section 2) and plays on that record. One Kakao account is tied to one record only. If the device already had its own record on the server, the game shows both and asks you first. If you choose the Kakao account's record, the device's own record is deleted from the server (the same scope as Delete my records, section 7). The two records are never merged. For logging out, see section 2.

Names entered for party mode are stored in this browser. When a party game ends, the loser's name, the turns survived, the number of players and the penalty are sent to the server to sign the share link (whether you share it or not). The server only makes the signature and sends it back; it does not store the name.

Share links: a solo result's link carries the record and, if any, the nickname and today's rank; a party result's link carries the loser's name and so on, as above. The card image drawn for a solo result's link preview can stay in Cloudflare's cache for up to 1 year.

Language: the game appears in the language chosen in Settings or the browser's language (Korean, English or Japanese; any other language gets English). To receive the titles' conditions in that language, the language code (ko, en or ja) is sent with title requests; the server does not store it.

Legal basis: this information is needed to provide the features you ask for in the game (rankings, the collection, points, the shop, titles, Kakao Login). Checking for tampered records and limiting request rates are done for the game's fair operation, a legitimate interest (Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, Article 15(1)6).

2. Information kept only on this device

The game stores the following in the browser's storage (localStorage). It uses no cookies. Of these, only the device number, the nickname, the round numbers of records under review, the language code and, at the end of a party game, the loser's name (section 1) are sent to the server.

Log out on this device deletes nothing on the server. This browser keeps only its settings (language, sound, graphics, stream strength, party players and names), forgets the device number and the values that go with the record (nickname, best record, the copies of points, the collection and titles, records under review and so on), and starts as a new device. Log in with Kakao again and the record comes back.

Clearing this site's data in the browser settings removes these values from this device, but not the records on the server. A record tied to a Kakao account comes back when you log in with Kakao again. To delete the server records too, first use Delete my records.

3. Connection information handled automatically

Automatic collection tools, and refusing them (Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, Article 30(1)7): the game uses no cookies; it uses the browser storage in section 2 and the visit statistics script above.

4. Sharing with third parties

Appcellent does not give or sell your information to other companies or organizations, except where the law requires it. On the rankings, other users see only the nickname (or anonymous number) and its decorations (the title worn, name style, badge, ranking row background), the record, the cup type and the rank. A ranking profile, opened by tapping a ranking row, shows only the decorated name (with the title worn), today's and this week's rank and best record, and the number of cups met in the collection (out of 14). Table buddies, water colors and faucets, points and stamps, cosmetics owned and titles not worn, title stats, round details, the first day played and the device number are not shown. The Titles screen shows only how many players hold each title and their share (totals). The profile of a device the operator has hidden from the rankings is not shown.

Kakao Login is a login service provided by Kakao Corp.; Kakao is not a processor that Appcellent entrusts your information to. The only thing Appcellent sends to Kakao is your Kakao member number, when asking Kakao to cut the connection (section 7).

6. How long we keep it, and deletion

Deletion: the game server deletes records past their retention from the database every hour on the hour. They can remain in the database's recovery records (Cloudflare D1's point-in-time recovery) for up to 30 days after deletion, after which Cloudflare deletes them automatically. Nothing is printed or downloaded and kept elsewhere.

7. Delete my records

Choose the gear (Settings) in the game's menu or during a round › Delete my records, or open the game with the button below and confirm: this device's records are deleted from the server at once.

8. Children under 14

The game does not ask for or check age, and takes no contact details. A nickname is optional. A parent or guardian can delete the records of a device a child used with Delete my records (section 7), and we will explain how if you email us. Kakao Login is only for users aged 14 or older. If we learn that a child under 14 has linked a Kakao account, we delete the link and the linked record.

9. Your rights and how to use them

You can ask for the following at any time. Most can be done at once with the game's own features; if you email us, we answer within 10 days.

A legal representative or an authorized agent can ask in the same ways. If we cannot do what you ask, we will tell you why.
